"In terms of the AA Quality Standards Whin Park has successfully retained a Four Stars Guest House rating. As with the previous visit the exterior of the property presents well, gardens are pleasing to the eye. Essential maintenance has had to take place with new pipes being laid from the street to the house & this has caused a knock on effect with some damage to the drive & parking areas. The matter is well in hand with a contractor now commissioned to lay anew surface which when completed will show very good results. Inside the property all is very much as previously reported, the public areas present well, the comfortable lounge area is an added benefit as is the bright breakfast room with it's well spaced & appointed tables. Bedrooms are of a very good presentation; decor, flooring, fixtures & fittings all meet with the high expectations set of a Four Star property. As with last years overnight visit housekeeping continues to be diligent & attentive which is always pleasing to see. Mr & Mrs Henderson are thanked for their time on the day & are wished all the very best for the on coming season."
